CUTTING DIES

Die is a tool that shapes work pieces with desired tolerance, short time and low manpower. Razor Wire Production Line has a special die type for producing multiple razor wires at the same time. That is the biggest advantage of the machinery compared to the opponents in other countries.

CUTTING DIES | TYPES

Cutting can be made in different razor blade types. The dies are designed according to the customer request. The produced dies are easily assembled to the cutting machines. These types of razor wire change according to the place to be used. Some standard razor wire models are used in the following locations:

  • RTO-10 Type
    Especially the industrial and mining enterprises, apartment gardens are used in border areas.
  • RTO-12 Type
    Especially for high-protected private buildings and cottages.
  • RTO-30 Type
    This has a deterrent effect on the person who is trying to climb. Seriously cutting ensues on the person who tries to climb.
  • CBT-65 Type
    It is widely used in wars as a barrier for protection and defense.
