STRIP COILER

Strip coiler is a machine that is used for collecting to blade strips and regularly transmitting to the assembling machine. The strip coiler is necessary for preventing the mess in the center of the facility and providing minimal contact to the blade strips that easily cut hands and arms.

Usage
Strip coiler that is used for easily assembling wire and blade strips is a post-press collector. Thanks to the post-press collector the blade strips that are transported to the razor blade and wire assembling machine are easily removed and used.

STRIP COILER | PROCESS

  • The strip coiler prevents diffuse the blade strips
    Before the blade strips are sent to strip coiler, they separate for not to diffuse.
  • The strips are wrapped in steel pulleys between the partition
    Circle-shaped sheet compartments are made according to the amount of the blade strip that cut by cutting machine. A steel pulley is made to wrap the strips. The compartments and the steel pulley are respectively passed from steel shaft. The strip blades coming from the mix are placed one by one in the interstices, and the machine becomes ready for use.
  • After winding is finished, the pulleys with blade strips are removed
    Steel profiles are used to ensure that the material is tightly wrapped and that it does not disintegrate. These profiles create pressure on the hair that is wrapped. The motor receives start and end movements from the sensor between the presser and the picker. The engine stops when the spool is changed or any problem occurs.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

A gear motor is used for rotation operation. A reducer is closed gear system that is designed to reduce highly rotation speeds of electric motors to required rotation speeds for machinery. The strip coiler is necessary for preventing to disorganization on a facility. The strip coils also provide low contact with the razor blade strips for preventing injury. The strip coiler has 0,55 kW gear motor. The strip coiler’s speed is determined according to the cutting machine’s speed. A parallel motion of the cutting machine and the strip coiler is important. Because both also must be quick. The strip coiler works sensor controlled. So it perceives speedup and pause of the cutting machine. Thus, it also accelerates or stops with the cutting machine. Thanks to the sensor, there decreases the fault and the operator’s job get easy.

GEAR MOTOR

The reducers are systems that consist of elements such as shafts in the engine block, gear wheels, bearings etc. The reducers provide independent action between two elements that are returned, for transmitting action and force, obtaining rotation directions and big moment with little force.
The gear motor takes starting and stopping motion from the sensor between the press and the strip coiler.
