The strip coiler collects the blade strips that punched on the cutting machine. It provides ease of use. Thanks to the ease of use, the blade strips can be easily carried the razor wire making machine.

STRIP COLLECTION | FEATURES

The strip coiler has 0,55 kW gear motor. The strip coiler’s speed is determined according to the cutting machine’s speed. A parallel motion of the cutting machine and the strip coiler is important. Because both also must be the same speed. If machinery doesn't work synchronized, bottleneck happens at the end of machinery.
The strip coiler works sensor controlled. So it perceives speedup and pause of the cutting machine. Thus it also accelerates or stops with the cutting machine. Thanks to the sensor, faults decreases decrease, and the operator’s job gets easy.

Blade strips are sent separately to the system.
The blade strips are straightened before collecting in the collector, thus the unwinding process makes more ease.
Blade strips are collected.
The rotation movement takes place thanks to the reducer motor, and as the press is operated, the collector starts to rotate. The collector has 5 compartments, and the blade strips are wrapped in 5 separate compartments. In this way, the blade strips are securely separated and collected. When the blade strip coils reach the sufficient diameter dimension, they are removed from the collector and sent to the assembling machine.
The filled strips have removed the system.
The steel profiles on each of the compartments provide to be winded of the blade strips more tightly and prevent them from spreading when they are filled. When it is full, the blade strip pulleys are removed and sent to the assembling machine.
